When attempting to create examples of representing and arranging objects, I struggled to choose suitable images as materials. I resorted to randomly selecting items from my room, subway station, and school to experiment with different arrangements. The result was a set of compositions where the logic behind each combination varied greatly. These arrangements were often too personal and arbitrary to be easily understood. Nonetheless, this week’s work demonstrates that reorganization without a clear objective may be impractical.
